Minimum Gross Score Agreement This agreement is between Great Bend Hunt Club, here after called GBHC, and ____________________________, hereafter called the hunter. The hunter has selected the minimum gross score of ________ and GBHC has accepted __________ as the hunters minimum gross score. Scoring will be done by using the Boon and Crocket method and scoring sheet. With the exceptions listed in this agreement. GBHC will use the greatest outside spread, not the inside spread when calculating the gross score. GBHC will add back any broken points or main beam to a length equal to the length of the remaining opposite side antler of the hunter’s harvested buck. Should both points be broken, both G-2, for example, then the hunter and GBHC will come to an agreement on the possible length by taking the hunter’s estimate, which can not exceed 10 inches, and GBHC’s estimate. The estimates will be added together and divided by 2. This will be the length for each point. GBHC will also add 1 extra base circumference measurement to the gross score if the buck is estimated to be three and a half years old or older. This age estimate is solely the best judgment of GBHC and this estimate is final. The hunter agrees to pay a fine for harvesting a buck below the hunter’s minimum gross score. If it’s 1 to 5 points - $100.00, 6 to 10 points - $200.00, 11 to 15 points - $400.00, 16 to 20 points - $600.00, and 20 points below and including a button buck - $800.00. GBHC will not benefit from any fines imposed on a hunter. The money will be donated by the hunter to an organization such as WhiteTail Unlimited or Quality Deer Management. The organization must be for the benefit of wildlife and the money can not count as dues or membership for the hunter. It must be a true contribution.
