Membership Agreement

of

Rules and Regulations

Statements of agreement for members of Great Bend Hunt Club, a.k.a. GBHC:

• I agree to and have signed the members’ and visitors’ acknowledgment of risk for GBHC. 
• I agree to obey all state and federal game rules and laws.
• I agree to only take ethical shots at the wildlife I am hunting.
• I agree to stay on land controlled by GBHC.
• I agree to, if given an area to hunt, to stay within that area.
• I agree to not to attempt to harvest any wildlife which is not on property controlled by GBHC.
• I agree to respect any and all sanctuary areas so designated both verbally or which are marked with signs and will not hunt within or attempt to harvest a deer from with-in any sanctuary area.
  
  
• I agree that if I am hunting in an antler restriction area and have signed a minimum  gross score agreement that I will honor the agreement.
  
  
• I agree to use a safety harness at all times when hunting off the ground.
• I agree to not litter.  Anything that I take to the woods I will bring out, including bright eyes, flagging tape, and any other trail markers.
  
  
• I agree to respect any request of the property owner on whose ground I am hunting.
• I agree to conduct myself in a respectful manner towards all other club members and landowners.
• I agree that I will not possess, use, or be under the influence of any illegal substance while on club property.
• I agree that I will not use any alcohol product before or during the day when I am hunting.
• I agree that should I choose to consume alcohol products in the evening, that I will only    use them socially and not to be a nuisance to other members.

• I agree that any ATV can only be used after dark for deer removal.
• I understand and agree to the fact should I break a club rule, any state or federal game law, or other law while I am a member of GBHC, my membership will be immediately terminated and I will report my action to the correct authorities.  Should I not report the action to the authorities, I understand that the GBHC will report the action so as to protect the club’s   good standing with authorities, landowners, neighbors, and other club members.
